Damaged or Wrong Products

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

📌 Mandatory Requirement:
A clear unpacking video recorded from the START of opening the parcel is compulsory. Claims without a proper unpacking video will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations are allowed once an order has been placed.

Return & Refund Conditions

Refunds will be initiated only under the following conditions:

  1. The product received is damaged or defective, or
  2. The wrong product has been delivered.
